Several members of KR Recruitment were delighted to the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner organised by the American Chamber of Commerce. A tombola, magic and of course Turkey were the highlights of a wonderful evening.

KR News : British Chamber of Commerce Golf Day


Three members of KR Recruitment took part in the annual British Chamber of Commerce Golf Day which was held on Friday 28th September at Junglinster Golf Course.

Kieron O’Connor, who won the Mens 1st Prize was back to try and retain the trophy along with Richard Neale and also Lina Berg who participated in the Golf Introductory Academy.


The weather was forgiving and although glimmers of sun were seen, more importantly, the rain was not. Both Richard and Kieron shot respectable score although were not unfortunately title contenders this year.

Lina admitted, “I might have found a new talent!” having completed the Academy and we look forward to her participating in the full 18 holes next year!

 
The day was finished was a fabulous drinks reception and dinner and KR Recruitment are already looking forward to next year!

The Role:

The Person:

Senior Legal Officer – Fund Specialized Company

KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Senior Legal Officer role for this leading ango corporate service providers based in Luxembourg.

This is a fantastic role in which you can further develop upon the Senior Legal experience you have gained to date. In this role you will be able to grow and broaden your exposure with real development perspectives on coaching new joiners.

The Role:

• Training and coaching more junior staff members
• Informing screening committee about prospective/potential client
• Setting up of new client companies
• Preparing domiciliation and management agreement, indemnity agreement etc.
• Arranging for the nomination/resignation of directors/managers, change domicile of companies etc.
• Transfer in/completion of legal files
• Opening of bank accounts and arrange for bank authorities/signatory powers
• Arranging for registrations at Chamber of Commerce and other obligatory registrations
• Taking care of the necessary publication of adopted annual accounts
• Requesting clients to meet their obligations and to execute a decision of the Senior Management Team to end a relation with a client
• Performing ad hoc legal tasks like review and preparation of relative simple legal documents where no consultation is needed from an expert legal counsel e.g. licence agreements, loans, share transfers, POA’s, resolutions to amend the articles of association and the process thereof
• Maintaining contact with and consulting expert counsel whenever necessary, as well as on behalf of (and in consultation with) the client requesting services from expert legal counsel and to monitor progress thereof. Likewise for notarial matters.
• Maintaining contact and meeting with (and when necessary visit) clients and their representatives.
• Corresponding with involved third parties, independently or in consultation with the TL, DTL or SLO and/or Management

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar Corporate administration role in Luxembourg is essential
• Absolute fluency in English is essential
• Attention to detail and constant focus on quality and client service
• Excellent Team player but also able to work independently
