EA to CEO

The Role:

• Manage all the day to day activities of the CEO
• Manage the diary and meeting schedule
• Manage all expenses
Organise travel and events
• Deal with all incoming correspondence and prioritise the demands on the CEO
• Create all correspondence and presentations for the CEO
• Ensure efficient and smooth running of the CEO daily activities
• Ensure long range planning and time optimisation for the CEOs activities
• Manage board meetings & events

The Person:

• Experience of being an EA to a CEO / Board member within a multinational group is essential
• Highly professional and confidential
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Highly accurate and results orientated
• Experience of the insurance industry would be advantageous.
• Absolute Fluency in English, German & French is required
